at that point I had two original HP cartridges and the two remanufactured cartridges. The first two that I installed in November 2021 did work fine. I was assured that they would work but if I had any issues to get back in touch with them.
When I received them I immediately reached out to the company I bought them from. I apparently missed the fact that these were remanufactured cartridges.
